Anna-Maria Runde

During my time studying in Germany and abroad and through various work experiences, I gained an insight into different industries and working methods. As a result, I not only recognized the added value of agile ways of thinking and working, but also learned to appreciate working in interdisciplinary and international teams. For companies in particular, dealing with these issues is essential in today’s world.

Building on my academic focus on work and organizational psychology and management, I would like to support companies in focusing on these topics and thus remaining fit for the future. In doing so, it is important to me to continuously develop myself both personally and professionally.

As part of consistency, I am able to do both in a family environment. Theories and approaches are not only taught here, but also tested and exemplified through implementation in the internal environment. The focus is not only on economic success, but above all on sustainable value creation.

After studying in Portugal, I am now at home in Bavaria. Always impressed by its beauty, I like to spend my free time in nature, whether it’s a relaxed walk or something more active like hiking, cycling or snowboarding. Switching off in this way and living mindfully in the moment means a lot to me and always gives me strength, motivation and new perspectives for challenges of all kinds.
