How do I apply?

It is best to use our application form for the relevant position so that your application is sent directly to the right place. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within a few minutes, so you can be sure that we have received your application. We will get back to you with feedback after about a week.

If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to a video interview in which we can get to know each other better. In particular, we would like to find out who you are, what experience you have gained so far, how you envisage your day-to-day work and why you would like to become part of our team. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions so that you can get a good picture of us.

If we have come to the conclusion that it is not a match from our point of view, you will receive a reasoned cancellation.
If the interview is successful, you will receive an invitation to the Personal Decision Day (PDD). On this day, you will gain deeper insights into Consistency and we will take the opportunity to find out even more about you, your expectations, ideas and goals as part of a presentation and practical case study prepared by you. Take the opportunity to gather impressions, ask questions and show what makes you special. Incidentally, you are best dressed in business casual.

At the end of the day, you will receive our feedback and, if you are accepted, an offer directly. 1-2 days later we will send you an employment contract and then the decision is up to you.

If we have established in further discussions that we are not a good match, you will receive a reasoned cancellation.
Have you successfully completed the recruitment process and signed your employment contract? Welcome to the team!

In the first three months, you will go through our talent factory, which will fully prepare you for your day-to-day work as a consultant. This is followed by initial project assignments and integration into our internal practices and guilds, in which we focus on topics relating to corporate development.

To provide you with the best possible support right from the start, you will have a mentor at your side. This mentor will guide you through your start and further career and personal development.
