Clara Quintero Ramrath

Respectful and appreciative interaction with people is essential for me, both in my private life and at work. In the course of my diverse experience in different countries and cultures, I have been driven by my curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation and further development in various areas. The focus has always been on people as individual beings with their unique needs and potential.

During my bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, I focused on the question of what drives the human body and how it works. It was always about the energy that is released through biochemical reactions. This made me realize my love of detail and my fascination with understanding processes holistically. In my Master’s program, I was also able to discover the energy in the form of motivation for further development in myself and people, which is particularly supported by the concept of agility. It is fascinating to see what people can achieve individually and collectively with the right motivation and support.

I am determined to spread the enthusiasm for personal development and an agile mindset at consistency. As a Scrum Master, I have the unique opportunity to strengthen and empower teams and individual team members in agile processes.

In my free time I do a lot of sport (kickboxing and bouldering) and my particular passion is Latin American dancing.
