Adapting established corporate structures to the dynamic and complex business environment in a competitive manner is both a challenge and my greatest motivation.

Agility, with its values and principles, starts here and offers companies more flexibility and efficiency in achieving their goals. I consider understanding agility and striving for a continuous improvement process at all levels of the company, from individual employees to management level, to be two key success factors for an agile organization.

As a mechanical engineer, I know how to analyze and structure complex processes. However, the people behind every process are crucial for me. This is exactly where I come in and work with all teams to optimize their processes and interactions step by step. This evolutionary approach leads to greater conviction and sustainability in establishing agility in everyday working life. Team spirit and full identification with the customer are paramount, because trusting cooperation with all those involved is crucial for mutual success.

I enjoy my free time with lots of sport and friends. When I’m not on the sports field, I like to go hiking in the mountains with friends.
