The desire for a new professional challenge that fulfills me and in which I find a sense of purpose led me to consistency. Here I am given the opportunity to develop professionally and personally and to dedicate myself to tasks that I enjoy in my daily work.
Early on in my studies of business psychology, I realized that my heart beats for the topic of HR management, as the focus here is on people. I find the topic of motivation and the resulting actions of people particularly exciting and always try to scrutinize and understand it. As an HR Assistant, I support the team in the area of recruiting and all related topics. It is particularly important to me that all employees and potential employees feel comfortable – that way I can make my contribution to consistency’s unique culture.
I find my personal balance in sport, where I am passionate about athletics. To relax, I prefer to spend time with friends and family or get carried away by a good series.
