My enthusiasm for the path into management consulting arose from the variety and the constant and rapid changes in the business. This is both a challenge and a motivation for me.
My studies in economics in Germany and abroad are characterized by my focus on finance, accounting and energy industry law. This enables me to help our clients to establish and optimize processes in an industry such as the energy sector, which is heavily influenced by regulation.
I came into contact with agile working methods during my past work experience. For me, these are characterized in particular by the fact that you can help people to be more efficient, but at the same time have more fun at work in order to create sustainable added value. This was also the reason why my path led me to consistency, as the focus here is on people.
I prefer to spend my free time with my family and friends. My free time is also filled with various sports and traveling.
