During my studies, I focused on strategic management combined with digital transformation and corporate entrepreneurship. Through various internships in dynamic, digital and strategically oriented areas, I found my way into management consulting and consistency. I really appreciate the family atmosphere, coupled with the challenging task of supporting companies in achieving their goals.

The combination of structured analysis and creative work with the client is what drives and inspires me. I am convinced that companies need both a solid strategic direction and the ability to continuously innovate to ensure future success.

The vision of consistency, combined with fundamental values such as trust and respect, convinces me anew every day. I firmly believe that a strong foundation of ethical principles is the key to sustainable corporate success. These principles also guide us in our daily work to help our customers move forward and achieve the goals we have set together.

In my free time, I often use sport to recharge my batteries. Whether it’s a classic workout at the gym, a round of squash or a tour on my racing bike. Exercise helps me to clear my head and prepare for new challenges.
