What fascinates me about management consulting is the variety of tasks, challenges and clients. At consistency, I am inspired by innovative, agile methods such as Scrum and their scaling possibilities in companies.
I also personally try to live an agile life, according to the motto – be proactive, anticipatory and try to take the initiative to bring about necessary changes. consistency offers me a professional environment, entrepreneurial expertise and great learning opportunities.
