In my business studies, I focused on the areas of HR and corporate management. I also use my passion for HR topics at consistency and also support our customers in optimizing processes.
The opportunity to constantly develop personally and professionally and the close cooperation with people are the reasons why I decided to work at consistency in management consulting. I enjoy helping other people to become more efficient and at the same time enjoy their work more. It fascinates me to see how these goals can be achieved in the shortest possible time, both in our projects and at consistency, through the use of agile methods and management approaches.
I like to spend my free time with my family and in nature. My travels give me new strength and inspiration and I find peace and serenity through regular yoga.
