Thanks to my international management studies and my commercial background, I am very familiar with the internal processes and procedures of industrial and IT companies. In the past, I was particularly struck by the speed at which requirements change within companies and the need to constantly adapt the associated processes. Through my work at consistency, I would like to support our customers in using agile methods to sustainably change their processes and design them to meet the challenges of the future.
My aspiration as a consultant is to drive transformation in companies and offer significant added value for these organizations. The values that are practiced at consistency and our team always motivate me to give my best and make my personal contribution.
Basically, I would describe myself as a person who likes to take on challenges in order to find the right solutions. In my free time, I enjoy discovering new places and cultures, and no journey is too far for me. I have also enjoyed playing handball for many years to keep fit.
