Paulina Thomys

During my bachelor’s degree in business administration, my path led me to consistency as a working student. As part of my studies, I dealt intensively with the areas of innovation management and agile working methods. I was able to expand on the knowledge I gained at consistency and developed a deep understanding of the challenges that companies face in a constantly changing world. My goal is to inspire people to adopt new ways of thinking and working and to support them with innovative solutions. What I particularly like about consistency is that we not only apply agile methods to our customers, but also live them internally. At consistency, we attach great importance to “working at eye level” and a family atmosphere. Each individual is supported in their personal development and in reaching their full potential.

In my free time, I find my balance in sport. Whether on the tennis court or in the gym, exercise helps me to clear my head and recharge my batteries. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends at cozy get-togethers with delicious drinks and food.
