During my career as a business IT consultant, I have seen how methods, ways of working and consulting approaches have fundamentally changed in recent years. Today, we use convincing agile methods to help clients successfully navigate these changes. It is fascinating to observe how, in many cases, people can identify with their work again and contribute to success with new motivation, enthusiasm and commitment.
