In such a fast-moving world, where our patterns and ways of thinking are constantly being challenged, one thing is particularly important – to have the courage to drive change and take people around us with us. This is not only part of the projects we support at consistency, but is also practiced by all my colleagues.
After studying economics, I was drawn to a place where people are the focus. I incorporate my scientific focus on behavioral economics into my project work in order to provide sustainable, targeted and individual support for agile transformations. For me, agile working methods and teams represent the opportunity to implement not only new ways of working, but above all new ways of thinking, while giving each individual the opportunity to develop according to their individual potential.
In addition to spending time with my family and friends, I spend my free time doing various sports and devoting myself to my classical music training on the piano, where I can relax.
