Growth is a central concept in management consulting. Always new topics to work on, projects, different clients and personalities to work with, which as a consequence promote growth – that’s exactly what fascinates me. What I particularly like about consistency is the mutual trust and respect as well as shaping the future viability of clients with support for digital transformation at all levels.

The values of trust, loyalty and respect as well as the motto “Ambition and discipline are the foundation of success” form the basis of my attitude and actions. At consistency, I can actively contribute my personality and convictions and thus contribute to the corporate culture. Freedom and individuality are encouraged here. Working with agile methods makes it possible to maintain the flow of ideas and support the company’s growth. At the heart of consistency, however, are the people, whose openness, commitment and team spirit reflect the corporate culture.

I gained my business knowledge through my degree in International Business. I then focused on digital leadership and how to lead and understand people in the digital transformation.

I am fascinated by various topics related to personal development and psychology and spend my free time reading. I find the balance to my professional training in martial arts, which helps me to develop my mind and body.
