Area of expertise

Our working world has changed rapidly in recent years. Increasing networking and digitalization – but also sudden changes such as the pandemic – are further accelerating change and making the prediction of future challenges ever more complex. Continuous reflection and subsequent adaptation are essential if we want to work together effectively and successfully. The flexibility and high adaptability of agile working methods offer us the opportunity to empower people to use these methods for themselves. Ultimately, this creates added value for everyone involved: from the organization to the employees to the customer. Creating added value without losing focus on people is what excites me about working at consistency.

I was able to gain my first experience of agile methods during my studies in economics and business psychology. What I learned in combination with practical experience alongside university laid the foundation for my skills, which are further developed at consistency through numerous training courses and advanced training. The focus here is on personal and professional development.

In my private life, I find balance in various sports such as beach volleyball, soccer or weight training when I’m not spending my free time with friends and family.

“The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.“
