I am convinced that change is the only constant in life. It is therefore of great importance to me to constantly question situations, decisions and the status quo and to constantly develop myself further. At consistency, I have found the perfect framework to put this conviction into practice. The focus here is on reflection and continuous improvement in order to generate positive added value for everyone involved. Passion, expertise and added value for our customers and all employees are our central concerns.
After studying economics, I was drawn to a place where people are the focus. I incorporate my scientific focus on environmental economics into my project work in order to support the agile transformation of the energy industry with sound specialist knowledge. In addition to my Master’s degree, I was also politically active and was able to get to know the working methods of the European Parliament, for example. These diverse backgrounds enable me to adopt different perspectives and develop holistic approaches to solutions.
As a Scrum Master, I support teams in developing their potential and cultivating mindful interaction with one another. Together, we can bring about authentic change and enable agile transformation.
Outside of work, I enjoy working out at the gym, volunteering and playing the piano. I’m always up for a good coffee from the portafilter machine, marzipan cake and deep conversations about God and the world.
