During my studies in business psychology, I repeatedly realised how important it is to have a culture that focuses on people and their individual needs. And I quickly realised that I wanted to play an active role in shaping such cultures and environments. That’s exactly what I get to do at consistency as a Recruiting Specialist. The focus: recruiting and finding the best talent for our team. In addition to professional skills, I pay particular attention to cultural fit and the right attitude, which the candidates will later need for their work at the client.
When I’m not conducting interviews, updating processes or working on other exciting HR projects, I find my balance on the back of my horse, trying out new baking creations or relaxing with a good book. or relax with a good book.
