Making a real difference and making a difference with my work for customers – that is my greatest motivation. Even as a student of business informatics, I studied agile methods in management and am now more convinced than ever that agile companies are best able to achieve their goals in a results-oriented and action-oriented manner.
However, the levers in successful agile transformation are the people, employees and team members and their need for a sense of purpose, empowerment and creative freedom. I am passionate about empowering and motivating them to shape their own processes and contribute to the company’s success with their perspectives and skills.
As Managing Director of consistency, I always try to drive the further development of the team and the company. Shaping true agility with all its ups and downs is also great fun and fills me with pride in our consistency family. In general, it is essential for me to develop all relationships with customers and employees into reliable and long-term partnerships – often also friendships. I share my curiosity about people and the world with my family, with whom I love to spend time – as a “Munich native at heart” and a skier, I also enjoy spending time in the mountains.
