After 15 years as an SAP consultant and manager in the SAP division of a retail company, it was clear to me that I wanted to question the status quo in the context of employee management, development and software development. On this journey over the last 8 years, two topics have stayed with me and accompany me every day:
Agility – not as an end in itself! Rather, how do I manage to bring methods and people together so that added value is continuously created and, as a result, more satisfied customers and employees. The second topic: psychology. Why are people the way they are? What drives them, what holds them back, what are their needs.
I bring my travel experience as a manager and from countless transformation, change and organisational development projects to Consistency with great passion in order to accompany people, teams and organisations on their journey.
My home is Chiemgau, where I live with my family and where we spend a lot of time together in nature.
