Through my many years of professional experience in the energy industry, I have gained extensive experience. My studies in International Management and my further training, in particular as a systemic business coach, have broadened my professional perspective. These qualifications have deepened my expertise in the areas of team and organizational development as well as the constructive support of change processes.
My goal is to bring about positive change in the world of work by promoting holistic and value-oriented organizational and work cultures and providing comprehensive support to companies in their development. I am not afraid to boldly break new ground, question the status quo and enthusiastically advocate changes that enable companies to realize their full potential.
