As a graduate physicist, I am very familiar with the laws of nature – but I know from management consulting that people are always the most important factor in everything we do – which is great because it makes teams and consultants capable of acting.
I am motivated by major management challenges as well as supporting people in their work to improve their environments, processes and results. It is important for me to fully identify with the customer, their problems and challenges. This creates trust and makes it possible to meet openly, even when things get uncomfortable.

In my private life, I volunteer in my church community, play volleyball and enjoy discovering new things – on trips, in movies or in pen paper role-playing games.
