My enthusiasm for working at consistency is primarily based on the human element. I enjoy working with different people. Supporting clients and their employees, developing topics together as a team and thus promoting a sense of community and fun at work. I am also a fan of new things: challenges, environments, subject areas and acquaintances. That’s why the varied work at consistency fulfills me.
After completing my Master’s degree in International Management in the Netherlands, I moved to Chicago. I supported the market entry of German companies into the USA and was thus able to experience my interest in dealing with cultural differences in practice for the first time. My conclusion is that no matter what the problems are, most obstacles can be overcome through open and transparent communication and mutual trust.
I describe myself as a positive and open-minded person. I enjoy adventures, be it extraordinary trips, bungee jumping, skydiving or an overnight stay in the Sahara. My wanderlust has taken me to every continent in the world except Antarctica – but this is definitely one of my next destinations. Daily sport provides me with the perfect balance to an eventful working day.
