Area of expertise

During my academic career, I have been exposed to diverse cultural perspectives on work and organizational psychology. Starting with my studies in the USA and then in Erfurt, where I focused on learning, teaching and training psychology, continued by my Joint Master in Work Organizational Psychology in Maastricht, Lüneburg and Valencia, I have developed a profound understanding of the dynamics of modern work environments.

Based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience, it is clear to me that a successful team should share a common vision, cultivate a strong team spirit and enable each member to contribute their individual skills and interests in the best possible way.

As part of the consistency team, I want to support teams and organizations in their continuous development based on the latest empirical findings and practical experience. Through this holistic approach, I want to help them not only meet current challenges, but also remain sustainable in the long term.

In my free time, I like to be active and outdoors. Playing tennis has been my passion since childhood, but I am also fascinated by the versatility of triathlon. I prefer to share these sporting activities with friends and family, because it’s even more fun and motivating together.
