In 2019 I had the opportunity to work on an agile project for the first time. This experience impressively showed me thepotential that lies in close and cooperative teamwork. I was so impressed by the results of this collaboration that I havesince been working intensively with agile working methods and applying them to various projects. I focus on the role ofScrum Master and Agile Coach to enable others to have the same positive experience with Scrum as I did.
In my view, the biggest challenge in implementing agile methods is to introduce a fundamental understanding of thetheoretical principles and to adapt them flexibly to the specific needs and framework conditions of each team and eachcompany. This is the only way to achieve maximum value for the company and everyone involved. My biggest motivatoris when a team adopts the agile mindset with my help and finds its own way to be successful.
In my private life, you can usually find me hiking in the mountains or exploring new places all over the world.
