Through my studies in production engineering, I developed an enthusiasm for analyzing and improving processes. Management consulting gives me the opportunity to combine these skills with my thirst for knowledge and to implement them in new, different and interesting projects. My analytical approach, which focuses on people, is particularly useful here.
Continuous and consistent further development is a major personal goal of mine, which I also want to implement in our customers’ organizations. Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or Design Thinking are used to improve collaboration within the team and to make the organization as a whole “lean” and efficient.
The dynamic and agile structure and way of working at consistency fascinated me right from the start and the open and informal interaction with each other inspires me anew every day. This ensures a high level of enthusiasm for work and motivates me and the whole team every day.
