You can’t pour from an empty cup – and so people and their well-being inevitably become the focus of attention in the world of work too. In order to empower people in the long term, companies are faced with the major challenge of creating a working environment that leaves room for new ways of thinking and the individuality of each individual.

I am convinced that individual development of potential, as well as the space for mindful interaction with oneself and others, intrinsically motivates people to redefine boundaries, master challenges and achieve entrepreneurial success in this way. With consistency, we show both internally and externally that this is an effect that does not fail to materialize through agility and the proactive co-design of a healthy working environment, but can occur again quite naturally.

As a consultant, I use my knowledge as a psychologist and systemic coach to pick up teams where they currently stand and bring them into communication with each other. In this way, authentic change can be brought about and agile transformation can take place.

As a sociable person, I particularly enjoy spending my free time with my friends and family and creating shared memories on hikes, at concerts or in exciting conversations. To relax, I like to practice yoga and enjoy switching my mind off completely for a moment.

“Great people are those who make others feel that they, too, can become great.“
Mark Twain
