I have been very familiar with process optimization since my studies in International Business and Management. However, my passion is the successful collaboration of people in organizations. I support and enable employees and organizations to continuously improve their processes and make them more efficient. In my experience as a Scrum expert, the central keys to success are the ability to work together in a results-oriented manner, mutual trust within the team as well as fun and humor.
I love learning, I like the “deep dive” into the subject matter and I am someone who is always looking for the new and the better alternative.
On the weekends, which I usually spend at home in Austria, I like to spoil my family and friends as a trained chef.
