What inspires me about my job are the people I work with. Because despite all the important key figures, corporate goals and optimised processes, it’s people and their motivation that count most in the end. Three factors are essential for me: that we can work in a self-determined way, that we master our tasks and that we find meaning in our work.
After studying business administration, I learnt as a team leader how to energise sales teams, define common goals and promote good cooperation. Today, this experience helps me to advise companies in their agile transformation. Agile management enables companies to develop their culture in a targeted manner. In agile coaching, I therefore focus on the team’s common direction, the team spirit and the opportunity for each individual to make the best possible contribution according to their qualifications and interests.
I find my sporting balance with a few sets of beach volleyball – preferably on the beaches of Barcelona. I relax and recharge my batteries by spending time with my family, which always comes first.
